Role Overview:
- This is a key strategic role focused on developing and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple verticals.
- The position reports to the SVP of Strategy and Business Development and involves close coordination with product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Responsibilities include driving sales productivity, optimizing sales cycles, and informing product requirements to maximize market opportunity.
Market and Strategy Development:
- Define market opportunities by analyzing clinical, operational, and financial unmet needs, as well as market structural dynamics.
- Work with clinical and product teams to align value propositions with market opportunities and ensure they are reflected in GTM strategies.
- Develop segmentation schemas, targeting strategies, and maintain evergreen target databases for sales execution.
Qualifications and Good to Have:
- Requires an MBA with 8+ years in GTM strategy or top-tier management consulting, plus advanced financial modeling skills.
- Must be fluent in complex clinical science and have experience with executive presentation development.
- A clinical or scientific background and experience in a startup or high-growth environment are considered beneficial assets.
