Responsibilities:

  • Review daily content schedules using a social media scheduling tool
  • Ensure posts are scheduled at the right times and on the correct platforms
  • Reschedule or fill in gaps when content is awaiting approval or needs to be moved

Client Coordination and Engagement:

  • Support Monitor live content and flag high or low-performing posts
  • Coordinate internal engagement efforts on key posts
  • Manage daily workflows for LinkedIn comments, including drafting, approval, and posting

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, content operations, or digital marketing
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Beehiiv
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts
