Job Description
Backend Development:
- Architect, design, and implement backend services and tooling that support Operations and Customer Servicing teams.
- Develop end-to-end features, including 0→1 builds, to enable scalable servicing workflows.
- Build and maintain comprehensive documentation to support a growing and distributed organization.
Technical Challenges:
- Solve complex challenges involving large-scale financial transactions and sensitive customer data.
- Integrate AI tools and LLM-powered capabilities into servicing workflows where impactful.
Team and Culture:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver reliable and secure servicing solutions.
