Job Description
Provide customer care and resolve moderate to complex problems related to credentialing, technical support, billing, account maintenance, data issues, file research, product descriptions, pricing, intranet access requests and security and compliance regulations. Coordinate client requests and service needs with appropriate internal departments to ensure client requirements are met. Provide product training to users to ensure our services are used most within our client environment. Manage the delivery and implementation of the Experian products and services. Conduct product demonstrations to client and potential clients.
