Lead, manage, and develop a regional team of Field Engineers across Presales and Professional Services.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand and adopt relevant IoT, Linux, embedded, and connected-device technologies.
Support the team in solving complex customer challenges through solution architecture, technical design, and delivery expertise.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and extensive experience with embedded Linux, including Yocto.
Fluency in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, C, C++, or Rust.
Experience managing or leading a small technical engineering team, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop engineers.
