Your Role:
- Design and maintain the reasoning layer for operational engines.
- Partner with Engine Leads to automate manual processes.
- Own delivery end to end, measuring success in hours reclaimed.
What You'll Do:
- Build agents with Claude and Codex, shipped through tem's stack.
- Integrate platforms using APIs, webhooks, and n8n.
- Ship automation fast with proper evals and manual QA.
Who You Are:
- 3–5 years in automation with proven hours reclaimed.
- Comfortable with messy API integrations and low-code platforms.n- Systems thinker who maps processes into clean architecture.
