Automation Specialist (n8n Expert)

Accountabilities:

• Build, configure, and maintain advanced n8n workflows supporting lead generation, CRM processes, email systems, marketing operations, collaboration tools, and AI integrations.
• Design automation architectures using APIs, webhooks, JSON, data transformations, conditional logic, custom variables, and other n8n capabilities.
• Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, reliability, error handling, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing, building, and managing complex n8n workflows using n8n Cloud or self-hosted environments.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON formatting, conditional logic, data transformations, and automation architecture.
• Practical experience connecting marketing and business platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, and Airtable.
