Daily Responsibilities:
- Analyzing credit, income, assets, purchase contracts, appraisals, title report, and other conditions submitted by the Processor.
- Receiving, reviewing, and clearing loan conditions within Departmental set timeframes.
- Work with Doc/Funders and Processing to ensure workflow remains efficient while maintaining loan quality.
What you'll need to join Cascade:
- 3+ years overall residential mortgage experience, preferably in Underwriting.
- Ability to examine loan documentation for accuracy, acceptability, and completeness.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
