You will own projects end to end, from customer problem discovery through deployment and production monitoring.
Your focus will be on building voice and email agents for freight workflows.

What You'll Do:

Scope customer problems, build full-stack solutions, deploy them, and monitor production behavior.
Develop voice and email agents, including speech pipelines, LLM orchestration, and reliable tool use.
Build and maintain retrieval, evaluation, and testing systems for AI features.

What We're Looking For:

At least 5 years of experience shipping production software with end-to-end ownership.
Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React across frontend and backend.
Experience taking LLM features to production, including architecture, tool calling, and retrieval.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is $5,000 to $9,000 USD.
Remote within India with work hours aligned to India Standard Time.
