Senior Credit Analyst

As a Sr. Credit Analyst, you will own the end-to-end credit review process for the most strategic and high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk tolerance. Serve as the internal subject matter expert on credit risk, providing advanced analysis and insights to Deal Desk and Sales leadership to support complex deal structures. Proactively identify and manage high-risk scenarios, providing clear recommendations and managing up to leaders on potential issues before they escalate. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and elevating the quality of credit analysis across the organization. Lead initiatives to improve the credit management process, championing and implementing solutions for automation, workflow optimization, and policy enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to develop and refine credit policies and programs that balance business growth with financial health. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all credit data by actively monitoring and managing credit tools and databases. Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
