Finance Lead

Financial Modeling & Strategy:

• Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast growth, hiring needs, and "what-if" scenarios.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and headcount forecasting.
• Develop cash flow forecasting and contingency planning models.

Inventory & Cost Control:

• Own the reconciliation process between operations and accounting for inventory, revenue, and expenses.
• Ensure inventory movements, COGS, and margin reporting are accurate and transparent.
• Establish financial controls and audit-ready processes.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Compliance:

• Act as a financial partner to department leaders, helping teams understand budgets and spend.
• Manage full month-end closing cycle, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Maintain investor-grade financial materials and board- and diligence-ready reporting.
