- This is a fully remote position based in Italy, leading MLOps strategy and infrastructure for large-scale AI systems.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing MLOps team with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement scalable ML infrastructure, including automated training pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
- Drive architectural decisions for model serving platforms for low-latency, high-throughput inference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in MLOps or ML infrastructure, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Python, Bash or Go, and deep knowledge of ML platforms like MLflow and PyTorch.
