Support the Marketing team in delivering key initiatives and creative projects. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing marketing briefs to life, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the creative process—from brief to production—while supporting integrated schedules, workflows, and resource planning. Along the way, you’ll also contribute to process improvements, manage administrative tasks, and support special projects that drive better project delivery.
Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives, working closely with senior project managers to manage project briefs, meetings, and follow-ups. Oversee project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring creative assets are reviewed and approved, and documentation is accurate and up to date. Act as a key point of contact between marketing stakeholders and creative/production teams, providing regular status updates and ensuring stakeholder feedback is captured and implemented. Support continuous improvement of project workflows and processes, maintain project management tools, and manage administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and file organization.
