Senior Manger, Product Management

The Product team shapes an insurance offering built for longevity, grounded in risk awareness, and laser-focused on our Members. As the Insurance Product Senior Manager, you’ll lead execution for multiple states and lines of business, bringing pricing, product, and underwriting strategies to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a player-coach position—comfortable managing day-to-day execution while guiding cross-functional teams, building operational structure, and mentoring others along the way. Key responsibilities include owning execution of product strategy for multiple personal lines (auto and homeowners) across several states, translating pricing and product concepts into filing-ready documentation and partnering with actuarial and compliance teams. You will also oversee the performance of assigned states, manage and guide junior team members, and act as the resident expert on assigned lines and markets, communicating market trends and performance data clearly across teams.
