Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at Anagram, you will make cold calls (600+ per week), build targeted prospect lists, and book qualified meetings for our AEs. You'll write and refine messaging for calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark conversations. You will be testing outreach experiments weekly, while scaling what works and attending key conferences and local events to build face-to-face credibility. You will stay current on security trends and build your industry reputation through social media engagement. It's encouraged you be a resource for the security community, make introductions, solve problems, and add value beyond selling. You will share insights with the team to shape our product and strategy. As well as, you will update HubSpot daily and track your metrics to make data-driven decisions. This role requires autonomy and initiative where you'll manage your own schedule, double down on what's working, and run 2-3 new experiments weekly.
