We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly communicative individual to join our team as an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR). Reporting to the EMEA BDR Manager, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to target accounts, cold calling, and prospecting for new business using account lists, modern technology and your own research skills.

The Development Officer supports the development team by managing development communications, leading major donor research and prospecting efforts, and supporting the major giving pipeline through donor relationship development, stewardship, and solicitation. The Development Officer will have a range of responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Support Lean In Girls’ mission by increasing the capacity of our partnership development team. Play a key role in expanding Lean In Girls’ reach by researching potential partners and creating a pipeline of schools and girl-serving organizations interested in implementing our girls’ leadership curriculum.
