- Own the product path for turning utility and building energy data into trustworthy sustainability outcomes: benchmarking, performance standards readiness, audit/RCx report workflows, green energy understanding, and reporting.
- Work closely with Utility Operations/Utility Expense Management product and engineering, and talk to sophisticated customers every week.
Responsibilities:
- Deep sustainability/ESG literacy in the built environment, including Scope 1, 2, 3 concepts, ENERGY STAR, BPS, and green energy.
- Strong product management craft in B2B/proptech or utilitytech, owning ambiguous 0→1 and 1→n problems.
- Multifamily or commercial real estate utility domain awareness.
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of GHG Protocol and real-portfolio calculations.
- Direct multifamily or commercial real estate operator/owner experience.
- GRESB or SASB reporting experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $110,400 - $176,800 per year.
