A detailed understanding is needed on how application software has been configured and integrated to support business needs, including database structures and data use. Experience integrating core ERP functions with peripheral technologies is crucial, along with managing seamless integrations and ensuring correct data flow between systems. Responsibilities also include providing guidance to project teams, documenting system processes, and communicating with application users to resolve issues, as well as mentoring other team members.
