**About the Role:**
- Provides financial leadership for both Assail, Inc. and Assail Federal, Inc.
- Reports directly to the CEO.
- Hands-on executive role responsible for financial strategy and operations.
**What You Will Do:**
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Own cash management, runway planning, and capital allocation.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
**What You Bring:**
- Progressive finance leadership experience with technology or SaaS businesses.
- Experience partnering with CEOs, boards, and investors.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail.
