The Mission:

  • Lead global Finance as a strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Committee, and Board.
  • Drive sustainable, profitable growth while strengthening financial discipline and operational performance.

The Skill Set:

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS finance leadership, ideally scaling from €30–50M to €100M+ ARR.
  • Strong grasp of ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, Rule of 40, and financial modeling.
