Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop strong business and technical understanding of services and data, interpreting multi-dimensional medical claims and enrollment data to assess trends.
- Work with partners to understand requirements, provide analysis and feedback to leadership, and serve as a liaison between Operations, R&D, and IT.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, or related field, with equivalent work experience acceptable.
- Healthcare domain experience preferred, along with data analysis skills and proficiency in analytic tools or process improvement.
Professional Skills:
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects, adept at overcoming technical and organizational obstacles.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with preferred experience in creating complex T-SQL queries and Microsoft SQL Server.
