Essential Functions:
- Oversee procurement operations and tactical execution of source-to-pay activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of buyers to ensure high-quality execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders and Supply Chain teams.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or procurement operations.
- 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing staff.
- Demonstrated success working in a highly customer- and stakeholder-focused environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement operations, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members with varying levels of experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
