Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own critical internal platform for carrier contracting, commissions, and agency operations.
• Partner with engineering and design to define specs, ship features, and drive adoption.
• Act as subject matter expert and align with broader product strategy.

What We Look For:

• Track record of managing successful product domains in B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Strong product spec writing and instincts for scrappy vs rigorous approaches.
• Comfortable navigating cross-functional work and communicating tradeoffs.

Compensation:

• Base salary range of $170,000 - $190,000 USD.
• Equity compensation and comprehensive benefits including health care, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, paid holidays, and parental leave.
• Remote work with monthly stipend, sabbaticals, and company retreats.
