Overview:
- Provide counseling to members on a weekly basis through text-based chat, video calls, and phone calls
- Onboard the users with an initial phone call and complete a multidimensional assessment
- Monitor the progress of members and offer therapeutic strategies
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted LPC (or LPC-equivalent) license in good standing in New Jersey, Washington State, or Florida
- 2+ years of clinical experience delivering CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders
- Comfort working in an AI-augmented care environment; openness to adopting AI-assisted tools
