Outpatient Therapist (LCSW/LPC)

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent quality clinical care that exemplifies the company's culture and values.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Counsel and provide crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional problems.

Requirements:

• CT State Licensure as an LCSW or LPC.
• Master's in Social Work or a related behavioral health graduate degree.
• At least three years of experience practicing Psychotherapy.
