Job Description
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for managing the end-to-end documentation and coordination process for development applications (DA), ensuring all requirements and council approvals are met. This role focuses on navigating planning regulations, liaising with council representatives and internal stakeholders including project managers and investor relations manager, to support project delivery.
Key responsibilities include DA coordination, council & stakeholder liaison, documentation & compliance, collaboration & reporting and general administration.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, clear communication abilities, and familiarity with building permit processing. You are proactive, calm under pressure, and able to manage complex documentation and communication streams.
