Remote RN Inbound Agent

Job Description:

• As a Remote RN Contingent Hurricane Response Agent, you will play a critical role in assisting individuals impacted by hurricanes.
• Your primary responsibility is to handle inbound phone calls, listen empathetically, gather information, and provide guidance on the claim process.

Qualifications:

• Current and active US RN license and reside within the United States.
• Willingness to accept a temporary contract and complete an 8-hour training course within 72 hours of activation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to new platforms rapidly.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage inbound phone calls from policyholders affected by hurricanes.
• Gather accurate and detailed information about insurance claims.
• Provide clear and concise guidance on claim submission procedures with empathy.
