Responsibilities:

  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
  • Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose growth constraints across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in lead gen or consumer services marketing, agency or in-house.
  • Understand lead funnel economics: CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, cost per acquisition, LTV by lead source.
  • Track record of retaining and growing accounts.
