Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 Account Managers who run day-to-day digital marketing delivery for SMB clients.
- Raise the bar on campaign quality and marketing execution across the team.
- Run kickoff calls for new clients — set expectations, align on budgets, and build the digital marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in digital marketing, account management, or client strategy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and landing pages/CRO.
- Background in paid media, SEO, email, or full-funnel campaign strategy.
Work Environment:
- This is a 100% remote position, and the individual could be based anywhere outside of Canada.
- Must be willing to work standard business hours in either the Pacific Time Zone or the Eastern Time Zone.
- Provides their own workstation, computer, and headset with fast and reliable internet connection.
