Supervise several direct reports, pursuing their growth and learning opportunities.
Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and professional development planning.

Client Satisfaction & Revenue Growth:

Collaborate with Directors to retain and grow franchise network revenue.
Proactively identify and communicate account issues and growth opportunities.

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Support:

Ensure best practices and improve team effectiveness with up-to-date processes.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, business development, and other teams.
