Job Description
Support implementation projects by coordinating key tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule. Act as a secondary point of contact for customers, providing responsive, professional communication throughout the implementation process. Maintain accurate project details, documentation, and updates in tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or Smartsheet. Assist with scheduling meetings, capturing notes and action items, and following up with teams to ensure completion. Identify potential delays or blockers early and escalate them to Implementation Managers as needed. Contribute to internal process improvements that enhance the smoothness and speed of implementations. Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
