Job Description

Shape Awin’s global brand and communications as a strategic and creative leader to elevate the company's global outlook. Define the company's voice, guide its visual identity, and ensure consistency across every touchpoint. As the Global Head of Brand & Communications, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of 4–5 specialists in brand, content, communications, and design, driving global brand strategy, storytelling, PR, internal communications, and market positioning. This is a hands-on role that blends vision with execution, and requires someone who can align teams, inspire creativity, and deliver measurable impact. You will also define brand KPIs, track performance, and report regularly to senior leadership, while managing the brand and communications budget.
