Responsibilities:
- Development of product plans and execution of those plans
- Driving product or process enhancement projects
- Managing the product backlogs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, product management, technology or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in product management, program coordination, or a related field
- Familiarity with process improvement, consumer behavior, and product positioning
Skills Required:
- Ability to present new ideas, approaches, and information clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong leadership skills & ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
