Job Description

Avela is seeking a contract Data Entry Specialist to assist in daily updates of data. Responsibilities include exporting data from the Avela system to Excel CSV format, copying and pasting data into Google Sheets, filtering data exports, and uploading CSVs to the Avela system and taking actions as needed. The role requires proactively communicating in writing your daily progress and quickly raising inconsistencies or issues to the Avela Client Services Team. This is a remote position based in the USA requiring availability twice a week for a 30-minute virtual meeting between 8 am and 3 pm PT. A commitment of at least 6 months is expected.
