Lead the performance, scalability, and operational effectiveness of our Long-Tail Management team across multiple markets. You’ll play a critical part in managing a centralized, remote team responsible for engaging and growing our long-tail vendor base. You’ll be responsible for developing processes, driving growth KPIs, setting SOPs, and scaling the team’s capabilities as we expand into new geographies.
