The Intake Coordinator will facilitate, support, and assist the Help for Heroes intake process by communicating with facilities regarding new and pending intake referrals, making necessary arrangements including travel, and gathering paperwork. They will follow up on pending referrals, ensure alignment with company policies, and update necessary parties to ensure timely admissions for Help for Heroes patients. This role also coordinates travel for service members.
