Assistant Director, Research Administrative Services- School of Medicine Pediatrics

Assists Research Administrative Services leadership in the day-to-day operations and administrative management of staff performing pre- or post-award activities for the sponsored projects research portfolio for their assigned department, division or school. Assists RAS leadership to hire, train and evaluate staff. Coaches staff to ensure appropriate professional development. Assigns and reviews work of staff.
