Help patients start their wellness journey from your laptop as a Digital Wellness Support Coordinator. You'll be the first point of contact for potential patients via SMS, also handling occasional phone support. The OneSource Support Specialist is a high-touch Patient Support Program (PSP) role centered on delivering exceptional and personalized support to patients within the Alexion Rare Disease patient journey. Working as part of a Regional Care Team, the Specialist serves as the primary point of contact to patients and caregivers throughout their treatment journey from initial onboarding of product through long-term customized treatment adherence support.

Responsible for supporting Rare Disease patients and families through comprehensive care coordination and case management expertise, the CMS will develop and execute personalized care plans to identify and address barriers to treatment, and foster ongoing relationships with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.
