Record patient medical history, symptoms, previous medical diagnoses, and other pertinent health background. Document physician's or health care provider's findings, follow-up instructions, and prescribed treatments. Facilitate coordination between healthcare providers, patients, and professionals and ensure accuracy of medical record documentation and compliance with regulatory and/or institutional standards.

Deploy across the United States as part of a dynamic emergency response team, activated for natural disasters, public health emergencies, and other crisis situations requiring immediate health and medical intervention. Conduct health assessments for individuals affected by emergencies within scopes of practice for certification/licensure level. Provide emergency care and wellness checks, ensuring rapid and effective response to life-threatening conditions.

We are currently hiring remote Healthcare Assistants. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English, has prior experience in the healthcare sector, and excels in coordinating care services. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for individuals who are organized, responsive, and dedicated to supporting patients and caregivers alike.

Be a contributor to routine, consolidated Study Monitoring updates by performing all aspects of CRA duties from site selection, site initiation, through to site routine monitoring visits through to close-out visits and database lock. You will be embedded in our client's study team and have a dedicated ICON line manager to support you, while overseeing all aspects of study site management to ensure high quality data resulting in consistently low query levels and in good Quality Assurance reports.
