Provide virtual, 1:1 eating disorder nutrition counseling to adolescent and/or adult patients; practice within a non-diet, weight-inclusive, culturally responsive care model; deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and evidence-based interventions aligned with each patient’s needs.
