Need to make calls daily (40 calls/day) with 90% outbound/ 10% inbound, you will use EPIC and JIVA and QNXT. The role includes scheduling member appts for member annual wellness visits, updating member charts and putting notes for primary care, for refilling prescriptions or any necessary care that is needed immediately, and scheduling telehealth if needed.
