Assist origination staff with condominium documents, enter information into Project Tracker, use Encompass loan system, and work closely with all parties involved in the condo document collection process. Communicate effectively with customers and loan agents, prepare files, order questionnaires, and follow up with HOA. Current product knowledge of condominium review process is a must.
