Process FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs. Accurately calculate income for all types of borrowers. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, loan agents and other third parties. Request, review and verify all loan documents ensuring complete and accurate information before sending to underwriting.

As the Agency Loan Processor, you are responsible for receiving a loan file from the Loan Officer, fully processing the loan, and being the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) until the loan is closed and funded. You will communicate process expectations and document needs with borrowers, review financial documents, and prepare compliant loan files for underwriters. You will partner with Underwriters and Loan Officers to meet conditions and rework the file if changes need to be made.

Process loans efficiently, ensuring clean approvals and timely closings. Requires strong knowledge of FHA/VA/Conventional/Jumbo/USDA/203k, efficient document management, coordination with various teams, and pipeline management within Encompass with meticulous attention to detail.
