This role ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the Development team through data management, systems optimization, grants and reporting, communications, and other operational processes. This role supports the organization’s fundraising strategy by providing critical insights and guidance to drive donor engagement and revenue growth. This position will leverage data evaluate funding performance, identify trends, manage funding opportunities.
