As a BIM Designer you draw 3D for infrastructure automation and/or piping projects, provide a helping hand standardization and structuring of the drawing office, detect any problems, and actively look for improvements. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Designer and 3D Visualizer to join our design pod in the Philippines. Reporting to the Project Manager and Creative Director, you will transform our bold concepts into impeccably detailed construction documentation and photorealistic renderings, ensuring every drawing and visualization meets the studio’s elevated standards.

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our growing team. This role requires advanced proficiency in Revit (with the Fabrication add-on), Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. You will be responsible for producing high-quality shop drawings for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Lead the execution of world-class amenity spaces within commercial office buildings across the country as Director of Design & Development. Guide the design strategy from concept to completion, translating vision into tangible environments that blend hospitality, wellness, and workplace innovation. Serve as the creative and technical bridge between internal teams, external consultants, and property stakeholders.

This role requires a passion for architectural design and presentation, with strong knowledge of construction techniques. As Senior Architect & Project Manager, you will manage complex projects such as research, institutional, healthcare or educational facilities and contribute to business development through proposal writing. You will assist with review and respond to RFPs and prepare project proposals.

Create and maintain 3D models in Revit for architecture, MEP, and structural systems. Support design development and ensure accurate, clash-free model coordination. Assist in producing construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and material takeoffs. Help with visualization - renderings, walkthroughs, and presentations.
