Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others. Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget, also lead pre-construction estimating and delivery strategy. The position requires remote support, with travel, subject to client needs.
Responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager will support operations across Fredericksburg, VA, and Charlottesville, VA. This role involves developing project plans for construction and remodel projects, managing budgets, and leading cross-departmental project teams. Active management of issue mitigation is expected.
Supportes the Utilities Project Manager by coordinating utility and railroad work with internal teams and third parties. Builds strong working relationships, monitors progress, resolves issues, and ensures alignment with project goals and timelines. Maintains tracking systems and provides regular status updates.
