The Senior Construction Project Manager (for Special Projects and Renovations) will be the primary lead for the planning and execution of assigned renovation, remodel, and special projects throughout North America. This role serves as the daily liaison between the store team, headquarters, and contractors/vendors, ensuring clear communication, operational alignment, and minimal disruption to store operations and customer experience. This person will oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is responsible for managing the entirety of construction projects from proposal to completion, requiring deep industry knowledge and leadership. The Senior Project Manager ensures goals are met, including safety, quality, and team performance, across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and fosters teamwork and professional development.

As part of Intersect’s Construction Project Management team, you’ll help deliver utility-scale projects from early construction through substantial completion. Working closely with Development, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Operations, you’ll help ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and on track for successful handoff to Operations.

Create site layouts and civil land development design sheet sets in AutoCAD/Civil 3D for utility and commercial scale renewable energy projects. Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes. Manage time efficiently across multiple projects. Coordinate with clients and project managers on their expectations. Work under the guidance of more senior staff. Work on or lead small projects or portions of larger projects in preparation of drawings and engineering documentation.

Support and manage project and field operations across a number of interdisciplinary projects. The position will support field activities such as soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring well installation and other project-specific tasks as needed. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn technical competencies are required.

The S1B Propulsion Plant Arrangements and Structures Group is the lead Design Yard Engineering Organization for the arrangements and internal structures of the COLUMBIA Class propulsion plant. Engineers within this department develop and maintain the detailed design of all structural foundations with the S1B Reactor Plant and Engine Room spaces. Successful candidates will be adept at managing the stakeholders and requirements of their products to develop high quality solutions to complex problems.

Provide professional engineering services including technical specifications, design criteria and intent, constructability reviews and staging plans for new and rehab structural and bridge projects. Deliver high quality and cost-effective structural evaluation and design solutions for highway projects using internal and external sources. Supervise licensed and non-licensed professionals in structural engineering and provincial bridge engineering standards.

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Federal environmental remediation projects. The candidate may work from the Chelmsford, Massachusetts or Providence, Rhode Island AECOM office. The Project Manager will manage professional and technical staff, develop technical solutions, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others. Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget, also lead pre-construction estimating and delivery strategy. The position requires remote support, with travel, subject to client needs.
