Manage multiple responsibilities, maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers, and provide exceptional client care. Generate and maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and work with various teams to ensure an efficient process. Be accountable for KPIs and maintain a strong presence in front of a camera.

Responsible for working with members of the credit union to help them with their financial planning needs, including retirement planning, income planning, cash flow management, protection strategies, tax planning, and estate planning. Works with store associates to develop a referral strategy so that the Retirement & Investment Services offered by the credit union are made known to the members.
