You will help identify and execute transformative acquisitions and investments globally that accelerate or increase the likelihood of DoorDash achieving its strategic objectives and participate in all aspects of the deal cycle, including sourcing, evaluation of business model attractiveness, strategic/financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring and negotiation, and integration.
As a key member of the Corporate Development group, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions and investments. You’ll also collaborate across Finance on cross-functional strategic projects that shape the future of the organization.
