As Customer Success Manager you will be a key contributor to the success of Odaseva and part Project Manager, Consultant, Product Expert. Ensure the success of customers based in EMEA leading towards increased adoption, retention, customer satisfaction and expansion of the Odaseva footprint. Responsibilities include strategic advisory, building executive relationships, product expertise, onboarding, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
